BUSINESS ANALYST CUM PRODUCT MANAGER
Job Descriptions
– Work closely with business decision makers/ super users and other applications system analysts to define and design future solutions for Service Center and Technology Center operations
– Capture requirements, design and develop systems solutions
– Analyze complex business problems or requirements and design cost effective and suitable solutions and product configurations to meet them
– Design and write functional and technical specifications
– Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that meet the business requirements
– Provide direction and guidance to the outsoured development team when it is required, and ensure that the team delivers high quality work
– Cooperate with the development, creating mockups, specifying the requirements for developers and tracking work progress.
– Develop and continually maintain skills in product features, functions, and processes and any applications integrated with S-Platform
– Develop skills in configuring the S-Platform system as required by the business
– Plan, execute and support unit, integration and acceptance testing
– Develop test scenarios, test plans and other documentation
– Prepare for and conduct training for business users and others in S-Platform applications (ERP, CRM,…) functions
– Manage projects and parties involved in projects
– Participate in team planning & retrospective, making sure the dev team has a clear understanding of the user stories and know exactly what must be developed
Job Requirements
Knowledge
– Experience with SAP/Oracle or equivalent ERP/CRM products, accounting softwares and productivity softwares is desired
– Demonstrated experience in working in a cross functional environment.
– Demonstrated Product Management competence in managing innovation, from idea-generation through development and launching new products through all development phases and across all affected departments and functions
– Familiar with any or all stages in software development procedure, from analyze and design, develop and testing
– At least 3-year direct support experience in software implementation (ERP, CRM, management software,…) at enterprise level
– Strong learning abilities to learn and expand knowledge into new areas and technologies.
– Experience in development, database design is a plus
– DBMS and/or SQL experience strongly preferred
– Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Finance/Accounting or equivalent work experience
Experience
– At least 3 years working in similar position – prefer having experience in ICT, e-commerce companies
– Experience with ERP/CRM implementation system is a plus
